Losing a job presents awesome opportunities to realize, confront, and overcome some of our deepest fears.
We have three types of needs. Spiritual, physiological (or physical), and psychological (or emotional) needs.
Our spiritual needs are always met because they are part of the eternal cosmic dance we call life and death. This dance is forever unfolding. Whatever we set in motion with our desires, choices, and actions is automatically complete in each phase of its unfolding by what we call the laws of nature. So our spiritual needs are always met on a spiritual level. But it is up to us to be tuned in so we can recognize and accept this spiritual reality in our lives.
Thoughts are things. Their power is based solely on our belief in them. While thoughts are real (real being defined as existing or actually happening in any current moment), their content is never real. To be clear, the act of thinking is real, but what you think is not.
The new book "Finding The Fear Channel: How To Find And Conquer Fear" was written to help people find and conquer fear in their lives. It was inspired by the authors journey towards self-discovery, and by what he feels is a need for clear and simple communication of ancient principles and practices that help uncover our true nature and power.
